Position Description:

1) Review quote material for completeness and coordinate the generation of accurate proposals on GPS (Group Proposal System). 
2) Distribute proposals and determine the eligibility of groups.
3) Organize True Group sold case submissions, which include reviewing and processing the case and communicating with brokers and sales reps to obtain any missing information.
3) Communicate with and educate agents, brokers, consultants, and third-party administrators regarding benefits proposed by Kansas City Life and negotiate any changes needed to assist in the sale of the proposal.
4) Review and process all true group change amendments promptly.
5 )Handle broker/agent service inquiries and assist with resolution.

Position Type:   Full Time

Experience:   Two years in group sales environment is preferred

Education Level:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent work experience preferred; professional designations (CEBS) encouraged
