Please grab your lunch, sit back, and join us on August 20th for an informative webinar offered by the U.S. Department of Labor on a Regulatory Update.  This is the second in our webinar series and is eligible for one hour of CE ETHICS credit for the state of Kansas and Missouri.

This webinar will include a discussion of the framework for determining a Plan Sponsor’s fiduciary responsibilities in connection with sponsorship and administration of group health employee benefit plans, including: health regulatory guidance updates, health enforcement initiatives, and Part 7 ERISA Self-Compliance Assistance Tools.

Our presenter is LEONDRA DODD-ARNOLD.

Mrs. Dodd-Arnold graduated from Missouri Western State College, in St. Joseph, Missouri, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1991. She joined the U.S. Department of Labor, Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration in 1992. During her career with the Department, she has conducted multiple investigations of plan-level health plans, multiple employer welfare arrangements, and service providers to ERISA-covered welfare plans. Leondra transitioned into her current position as the Kansas City Regional Office’s Senior Advisor for Health Investigations November 2013. She facilitates the oversight and management of the Kansas City Regional Office’s Health Enforcement Program.
