Andrew is an Executive Sales Consultant for Guardian Life. He has been with Guardian for over 16 years and provides top notch service and consulting to brokers and clients. Andrew is an alumni of Indian University where he attended the Kelley School of Business.

Amanda Schuster, Gallagher

Amanda is a Wellbeing and Engagement Consultant for Gallagher Benefit Services. Amanda’s background in worksite wellness, fitness, and coaching has provided her with the skills needed to develop and execute successful wellbeing strategies.

Kevie Milkus, Gallagher

Kevie is a Regional Practice Leader in Gallagher’s Human Resources and Compensation Consulting division. Previously, Kevie served as the Senior Vice President of the HR and Compensation Consulting practice in Nashville, Tennessee for over 24 years.

10am – Adapt & Leverage Technology to Help Employees Understand Employee Benefits

Gabriel Sanford, Jellyvision

Gabriel is a Channel Sales Manager for Jellyvision. Born in the Des Moines area, Gabriel never knew he would turn a 6 month training program into a 5 year career in Chicago. He has served in multiple roles across Jellyvision's sales organization, working his way up from a BDR to a Channel Sales Manager.

11am – Mental Health Matters

Tammy Huf, United Health Group

Tammy is a Registered Nurse and joined United Health Group in 1999. She is currently responsible for client strategy, education, and innovations that improve the mental health of employee populations.

12pm – Lunch and 2021 Compliance Update

Karen McLeese, CBIZ

Karen McLeese is Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services, Inc., a division of CBIZ, Inc. She serves as in-house counsel, with particular emphasis on monitoring and interpreting state and federal employee benefits law.
