Position Description:

The Corporate Paralegal is responsible for legal drafting, research, project support, document management, and coordination of various company-wide projects while providing executive level legal administrative and project support to the in-house Legal Department and coordination with outside General Counsel.

Position Type:  Full Time

Experience: 

3+ years previous experience supporting senior executives and counsel in a corporate legal environment.

Education Level: 

Certified Paralegal (C.P.) or Juris Doctor degree strongly preferred
